  I like to know why am I paying so much on my home insurance . I need house work badly and I'm paying $368 a month in my home insurance I don't understand

  Called to cancel insurance after 10 years because they were over charging us and we found same coverage for half the price they took the payment out anyway so we called and they said they would refund my money but they are going to keep 25 dollars anyway.Stay Away from allstate Pam Nichols she don't even care enough to talk to you in person. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY.

  Do not purchase vehicle or home insurance from Allstate believe you are not in good hands their coverage has doubled in price in less then a year if you were to ever need them to file a claim they don't answer phone calls or emails the management is never available worse customer service ever they are very rude and customer service is not their priority and they will put the blame on you even when accident is not your fault if your vehicle is not ready within the 30 days you have to pay for any overages on the rental out of pocket when you have any questions they never have an answer they just say it will take time and it's out of their hands they dont even try to help in any way possible the 1 star is a bit much if I was able to give them negative stars I would save yourself the headache and get your insurance through a different insurance provider Allstate has gone down in what they offer especially in Midland Texas .
