  Daniela Ybarra personally helped my mom recover her car insurance 3 yrs ago when another local agent had closed his office with no notice. Since that time, my mom has moved to be near me, but we keep her policies with Daniela Ybarra’s office because of their personal and professional service. Everyone I’ve worked with in this office has been top notch and always responded in a timely manner. Sydney helped get my mom a different policy for her new house until she could renew with Allstate due to a claim period. My mom is now moving to assisted living. Yesterday, I was able to obtain renters insurance for her in a matter of 10 min. Arcy walked me through what I needed and personally emailed me the documents when the online account was slow. I would recommend all of them 100%

  I called to cancel my policy, but they refused to do so while I was on the phone with them. As per their request, I sent a text message, but they still didn’t cancel my policy until days later.They billed me for days when my policy should of been canceled, I told her so and requested an itemized bill, I never got one. They also refused to assist me in correcting my billing and asked me to call Allstate myself.

  I remember two years ago I went with an online (lemonade I believe) home insurance and they dropped me months later, like they usually do as per reviews. I should have looked them up prior to closing on the home but like we all know, you’re a lot more focused on all other aspects of home buying that insurance gets overlooked. Any way! I got a couple local quotes and Daniela’s office was the best and still is. I recently got a quote for a home and auto bundle and realized I never left a review. Two years later and still a 5 star service!
