- KKKat Manning (Kat)Feb 12, 20261.0Arcy Carrasco is very disrespectful and untrustworthy. Refused ro tell me why my policy price doubled. Refused to cancel my policy per my request. Refused to let me speak to my agent Daniella Ybarra. Daniella is a very sweet lady. I would ask to speak to someone else other than Arcy Carrasco. I refused to renew my vehicle insurance from them and they refuse to csncel it. I am not happy.
- SCSusan COct 22, 20255.0Daniela Ybarra personally helped my mom recover her car insurance 3 yrs ago when another local agent had closed his office with no notice. Since that time, my mom has moved to be near me, but we keep her policies with Daniela Ybarra’s office because of their personal and professional service. Everyone I’ve worked with in this office has been top notch and always responded in a timely manner. Sydney helped get my mom a different policy for her new house until she could renew with Allstate due to a claim period. My mom is now moving to assisted living. Yesterday, I was able to obtain renters insurance for her in a matter of 10 min. Arcy walked me through what I needed and personally emailed me the documents when the online account was slow. I would recommend all of them 100%
