  I have very low expectations for customer service/care these days but was pleasantly surprised today. Karen went above and beyond to help me today and saved me a lot of money on my premium. If you're thinking about it do not hesitate to call. Really happy I changed agents to Vincent Greene. Thank you Karen!

  I'm a new home owner, and everything I needed regarding home owners, car, and life insurance Allstate was well able to meet my needs at an affordable rate. This even gets better y'all. They have a professional trained staff to help educate you regarding your future. I was blessed to connect with Ms. Anita Young. Her wisdom understanding, and insight regarding home owners protection insurance, really encourage me that I was on the right path and headed in the direction of financial freedom. I would recommend anyone who's purchasing a home and looking to secure their future and is in need for someone to walk alongside of them so they can win. Anita Young would be the person to ask for.

  WARNING to all customers of Allstate and potential customers: Based on 2020 and 2022 investigations by The Markup and Consumer Reports, Allstate used a "secret algorithm" designed to identify long-term customers who were less likely to shop for new insurance. This practice, known as price optimization, allowed the company to raise premiums by up to 20% on those customers. The Markup My wife and I, over 45+ years with Allstate, fell into the trap And overpaid, about $2300 over about a year and a half or so, paying almost double what we should have been paying. When I confronted Mr. Vincent Greene he began to tell me how America was built on greed And corruption! I ended up telling him just because a lot of other people were doing It doesn't make it right for you. And for you to not stand up and confront your company with its wrongdoing and tell them you will not have any part of ripping off customers with unethical overcharges. He told me what all the other ones had told me, including the Allstate main office, "sorry, mr hall.We can't refund your money." what happened to "In God We trust!"instead of "In money we trust! I have filed a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance. And we'll see where to go from here.
