- KSKierra StewardMar 15, 20261.0you’d figure after all the air bags deployed that would total out your car or at least send an insurance adjuster to come look at your car and explain why they aren’t, but nope! no ever came out. after trying to get ahold of someone to about my policy some how they thought i was calling for a job interview!!! after asking what my “chart” or “profile” communication log looked like the lady literally told me they were NO notes on her com log… i spent an hour trying to explain to someone at one point. can’t mark off all state farm agents but i definitely can mark Brady paxman and his team.
