  I had a great experience with Victoria Bates today. Since this is my first time using Allstate, I had several questions. She personally called me back, walked me through everything step by step, and made sure I fully understood my coverage. Her responsiveness and attention to detail truly stood out. Highly recommend!

  After evaluating several quotes I decided to use Landry Odom Allstate Insurance as my auto and homeowners insurance agency. Not only because of the price, but also their superior customer service. Jensen Carpenter went above and beyond to help me pick the best coverage for my home and auto. She also followed up after all the paperwork was completed to see if I had any questions or concerns.

  Allstate is one of the only insurance companies that is not price gouging the state of Texas. Victoria, the Client Service Manager, is the real deal. I live in Houston and buy insurance from an agent in Dallas because of her! Victoria’s level of communication is excellent and ability to make things easy while making sense is without waiver. Been with Landry Odom for a year now.
