  Office full of inexperienced, irresponsible kids that don't listen. I've had nothing but problems out of this office since I've been with AllState. If you're planning to go with Allstate, avoid this office!! For example, It took almost a week to get a return call so I called them back for them to tell me our agent went on vacation. So another agent helped me. She messed up our policy and when I tried calling back, she was no where to be found. I waited hours. Finally a different agent had to help which was more mess and I ended up having to handle it with a supervisor! I'm not even gonna get into what a mess it was and this is just one example. Ive had other issues. Do yourself a favor and go with a different office!

  Where to start, they don’t process any claims. They contract it out to another country (the person I received couldnt understand me nor could I him and the whole time a rooster is crowing like its the third person on the call). The entire claim process from hail was a nightmare thank god for the bodyshop taking over the calls with Allstate. They will increase your rates without a call or email or explanation why. Added a policy that they could but didnt incorporate into the autopay so they wait until its 2 months late to notify me that my insurance will be cancelled for nonpayment (which was more difficult to notice due to the surprise increase). I frankly don’t have anything nice to say, going to start looking for another provider for when my policy is up. Not sure how it could get much worse/frustrating, minus well find somewhere cheaper.

  If I were you I would seek insurance with a different company. Allstate has been absolutely terrible to work with. I have had a claim open for over 3 months and they have done nothing to resolve it. If you get home or rental insurance through them you end up dealing with a 3rd party since they have outsourced their adjusters. Don't bother reaching out to your agent I can speak about being with John Pavle they don't do anything but tell you how sorry they are and that they can advocate for you. I have reached out 3 times and each time its the same thing sorry let us advocate for you. Terrible customer service, terrible experience, and have lost a customer for life.
