  Office full of inexperienced, irresponsible kids that don't listen. I've had nothing but problems out of this office since I've been with AllState. If you're planning to go with Allstate, avoid this office!! For example, It took almost a week to get a return call so I called them back for them to tell me our agent went on vacation. So another agent helped me. She messed up our policy and when I tried calling back, she was no where to be found. I waited hours. Finally a different agent had to help which was more mess and I ended up having to handle it with a supervisor! I'm not even gonna get into what a mess it was and this is just one example. Ive had other issues. Do yourself a favor and go with a different office!

  I've had nothing but positive experiences with John Pavle's office. They gave me a home and auto bundle wayy below what other companies quoted me. Their team is very knowledgeable, Lord knows I ask 101 questions, they are always able to answer. And I've never had to leave a voicemail or wait on hold. Highly recommend!
