If I could leave zero stars, I would. I paid Allstate for three years on a condo policy with only a $6,000 limit — and not once did anyone ever call to review it, explain my coverage, or check if it was even appropriate. When I finally had to file a claim, I got no return calls, endless delays, and insulting lowball offers that didn’t even cover basic repairs.
Allstate’s “good hands” promise is a joke. You’re ignored when you’re paying premiums, and abandoned when you actually need help.
