Both Laura and Esmeralda were kind and courteous. I am not surprised this agency has been at this location for a long time. With kindness like I experienced today I would recommend this agency to anyone.
- CMCathy MaynardDec 8, 20251.0I would Never EVER recommend Allstate to anyone. I don’t care if your premiums are higher they will screw you over every which way possible. My house flooded 8 months ago and I am they refuse to pay what it takes to get it to the brand new state it was in. I have been living out of my bedroom with no living room and no kitchen for 8 months! I have been through about 6 appraisals and nothing has happened. This has been one of the worst years of my life due to a damn insurance company not doing what is best for their client. They only focus on their bottom dollar.
