  I called and spoke with Jessica Ennis. She was very knowledgeable and experienced in her field of work. She answered my questions thoroughly went above and beyond to review, not only my auto policy, but my homeowners insurance as well. She was very patient with me while I jotted down some Regarding both of my policies. She provided excellent customer service and I was very pleased at the end of the call.   They are very dependable and will try to save you when and where they can . I haven't had to file a claim but my daughter has and it was painless , quick and easy .
