  My husband and I recently spoke with Ebie, and the experience was unfortunately quite unprofessional. We requested a straightforward quote multiple times and were informed that the liability cost would be $1,300 for two vehicles. When we expressed that this was not even possible, she stated that she could not assist further and ended the conversation. Additionally, during the call, she repeatedly asked us questions but would then shift her attention to conversations with a coworker, which made the interaction feel inattentive and disorganized. We ended up having to do everything ourselves through the app.

  I had been insured with Allstate Insurance for many years with Russell Donaway as my agent. For the last 4 years it seemed I had to get aggressive with russell and the claims department. They would not help me in my claims without me having to get upset. I have canceled ins with Allstate and switched to State Farm just yesterday. I suggest that you investigate Allstates reviews. There are numerous,numerous,reviews that are the same bad reviews. .
