  I turned in a claim for hail damage on my roof. The adjuster made an appointment for next week. He did a thorough inspection. My claim was approved and the roof was replaced. I got a second payment to cover depreciation after replacing the roof. They made the whole experience a good one. I would certainly recommend Allstate and my agent based on my personal experience.   Ryan and his staff did an excellent job helping me select just the right coverages for our new home in 2024. Not only was the insurance coverage just right, but the price was the best I found as well. Then when we had the horrible June 5, 2025, hailstorm in Lubbock, Ryan was quick to contact me to see if we were okay. He had an adjuster come inspect our home within days, and we made a fair and equitable settlement right then. I highly recommend Ryan Bredemeyer and his Allstate Insurance Agency for all of your insurance needs.

  I have had lots of problems with this particular agency.They have failed to add AND remove vehicles in a timely manner and only did so when I noticed that it hadn't been taken care of.They also lost some of my information.One of the agents was exceptionally rude to me.I understand that sometimes these things happen,but it has occurred THREE times in a relatively short time.I am thinking about taking my business elsewhere and filing a formal complaint.Do not do business here unless you don't care wether you are covered or also if you would like to pay for insurance on a vehicle that doesn't run.
