My claim was approved and the roof was replaced. I got a second payment to cover depreciation after replacing the roof. They made the whole experience a good one. I would certainly recommend Allstate and my agent based on my personal experience. Mike C

Not only was the insurance coverage just right, but the price was the best I found as well. Then when we had the horrible June 5, 2025, hailstorm in Lubbock, Ryan was quick to contact me to see if we were okay. He had an adjuster come inspect our home within days, and we made a fair and equitable settlement right then.
