  I had been insured with Allstate Insurance for many years with Russell Donaway as my agent. For the last 4 years it seemed I had to get aggressive with russell and the claims department. They would not help me in my claims without me having to get upset. I have canceled ins with Allstate and switched to State Farm just yesterday. I suggest that you investigate Allstates reviews. There are numerous,numerous,reviews that are the same bad reviews. .

  This office hires or uses robo calls and doesn’t care if you’re on the federal do not call list. If you want to use an agent who breaks state and federal laws, this is the team for you. I was dialed three times by this office and I have been on the federal do not call list since 2018

  Ebie Serda was very, kind, helpful, and she helped me enroll in all the discounts for my auto policy and she even filed my claim. I highly recommend Ebie for all your insurance needs.
