For the last 4 years it seemed I had to get aggressive with russell and the claims department. They would not help me in my claims without me having to get upset. I have canceled ins with Allstate and switched to State Farm just yesterday. I suggest that you investigate Allstates reviews. There are numerous,numerous,reviews that are the same bad reviews. .

If you want to use an agent who breaks state and federal laws, this is the team for you. I was dialed three times by this office and I have been on the federal do not call list since 2018
