A salesman wants you to buy a product and move on so they can sell another. An agent is there to personally take care of you and your needs. This is Richard Longacre all day. I have never had a more personal experience with an agent. He's not trying to sell me something. He genuinely cares about my family and me. I have had to call on him many times over the years, and he has always come through quickly and efficiently. Whether it be funding a repair or making sure we had what we needed to get through a crisis, Richard is the guy. I can call his office and he answers the phone. Always a great experience to work with him.

Within an hour he had contacted an adjuster near Austin where we are staying. Felt very encouraging to have a real name and number, We really appreciated Richard being proactive and meeting our need during this stressful time. The next day our claim was settled and it would not have happened without Richard's prompt attention to the matter.
