- DMDebbie MerrimanFeb 13, 20263.0When we first started at Jason Jones AllState Insurance, things went well. As time passed, the quality of customer service declined. It is obvious Jason Jones has never been around. This Insurance Office is in name only.
- SJSara JacksonNov 8, 20251.0I had them for years but recently found out that they where over charging me for things I never signed up for, for example having a person I don’t know on my auto insurance, having the wrong vin number and overpaying. Also on my home insurance they had me as not married and only one person in my home which I’m married with 2 children!!!! It was always SOMETHING!!!! When they had the old staff I never had a problem but now it’s not the case sadly. Overall do not recommend them at all and if your with them I highly suggest you check your policy!!!
