  I have always loved having insurance through State Farm. They have the best prices for auto insurance and the customer service is fantastic. Kaylee with Frank Buchanan State Farm was very easy to work with and communicated effectively and was very helpful with getting my coverage started. Will definitely stick with State Farm from now on.

  Bait-and-Switch Tactics and Unauthorized Charges - Avoid This Agency! This insurance agency employs deceptive practices that could seriously jeopardize your finances. I was initially quoted $400 for a six-month policy, a price that seemed competitive. However, without any clear explanation, my premium mysteriously increased to $562 per month. I was told this would last a few months, even though I never agreed to it in the beginning. Few months turned into 5 months (policy was 6 months remember...) It turns out they lure you in with a low quote and then add a hidden "down payment fee" spread over several months. This fee was never disclosed during the initial quote process. Essentially, they bait-and-switch you into a much higher premium than initially advertised. After five months of enduring this exorbitant cost, I switched to GEICO. Not only did I receive better coverage (double the property damage and a matching deductible), but my premium was also significantly lower at $280 per month. To add insult to injury, even after confirming my cancellation with the agency, they still withdrew $521 from my account, causing an overdraft and additional bank fees. While I was eventually promised a refund of $371, again not the full 521$ because they didn't cancel it when I initially requested. And are trying to charge me for days where my new policy had already begun. I urge everyone to avoid this insurance agency at all costs. They engage in predatory pricing tactics and demonstrate a complete disregard for their customers' financial well-being. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursuing further action to ensure they are held accountable.
