  Victor was a great help. I was using progressive and was paying $500 a month. I called state farm and Victor helped me and now I’m paying a lot less with State Farm. Victor was every kind and understanding.

  Victor Segura was awesome start to finish. I had to wait for my previous company to finish up a claim. He was very patient and helpful during that time. He answered any and all questions and was very friendly and professional. He checked my old coverages and discussed with me in detail what I had been paying for, maybe what wasn’t necessary, and things to consider coverage wise. Making insurance changes is always a pain and creates a degree of anxiety or uncertainty. Victor made the process easy and stress free. If you’re looking for a new insurance company, I highly recommend the Shannon Johnson State Farm group and ask for Victor!

  My experience with State farm has always been great! I spoke with an agent by the name of John this time and he was exceptional in helping me get quotes for insurance. He offered quotes for insurance I didn't even ask about but he didn't pressure me about them he just offered them and when I did decline them he still didn't pressure me instead just asked if he could follow up in a few months and I really appreciated that. He sent me the quotes within 20 minutes after talking to him on the phone I called him back and had a question he answered quickly I told him I'd call him back and he waited patiently. Once I made the decision to go with State farm once again he was able to get the policy set up really fast and it took no time. Once he was done setting up the policies he was able to email me the binders and the temporary ID cards within 30 minutes maybe even sooner than that but I wasn't quite timing that one. State farm has always treated me well and they're pricing is very upfront they don't tell you a price to get started and then it's a different price monthly after that whatever the price is to get started that's what you'll be paying monthly. And they beat all their competitors rates by a lot at least for me they did. And when I was in an accident a few years ago now they had my back in that accident and denied the other person's claim against me based off the interviews with me and him. I'm just saying that State farm has always been there and had my back.
