- ASabhimanyu sharmaApr 28, 20201.0TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was referred to Rick Ali through family friends and he has been the worse insurance agent I’ve ever worked with! I was to receive a check from Allstate Insurance to go towards damages done to by car. I never received the check as it was stolen. Rick was an absentee agent who was never willing to collaborate or help me out. But he was always present when time came to pay my premium every 6 months. I spoke with Rick today and expressed my concerns. “I have been without a vehicle for over one week.” He said he cannot issue another check. I said Rick “I’m paying you $1,200 for 6 months of insurance for what? I expect you to be my Liaison between the claims & fraud department and when I see Allstate I see you as the forefront of the organization. You are my agent and I think of you when I think of Allstate. I expect you to take the initiative and communicate with me in a timely manner through this difficult situation.” (I mean if I wanted to pay out of pocket for damages done to my car then why do I have car insurance?) Rick then went on to RAISE HIS VOICE AT ME AND YELLED AT ME (a paying customer in need of assistance). He said, and I quote “YOU DONT PAY ME NOTHING! YOU PAY ALLSTATE, I DON’T HAVE TO DO ANHTHING FOR YOU!” He then hung up on me! I have filed a full complaint about this agent and his unprofessional behavior with his paying customers. Not only is he inexperienced but has no respect for his clients! Please do yourself a favor and do not go to Rick Ali for your Insurance! I work at a multinational corporation here in Texas with thousands of young professionals and I’m telling all of them about my negative experience with Rick Ali, how he has tainted the name of Allstate Insurance and I am switching to a competitor at the end of my current pay period.
