When I call the office I always get the same man. He is unknowledge and does not have ability to explain policies clearly, I usually get frustrated him then I ask to speak to someone else, he always said I will have someone else to call you and never get call back. He is rude unprofessional and gets upset when ask too many questions. Thank god I left this insurance agent. I send email to the owner to just let him know what kind people he has at his office but he never respond or react to my email this tells me the bad customers service about this office start from the top.
