    From the customer service to the sales process in general was awful. Whoever the lady is that answers the phone could not have cared less about anything I needed or had concerns with. Allstate as a whole has gone downhill. There are much better insurance providers with better prices, rates, and service. I went with Progressive.

    These people who work at Allstate never once tell you there gonna do credit check to see your rate on insurance thats not right knocking off points off your credit
