  In 2024 when the derecho storm rolled through Houston it knocked down 2 trees onto my roof causing some structural damage along with some holes and inside ceiling damage. The adjuster came out 4 days later and did the assessment. They offered a roof repair on a 25 yr old roof not a total replacement and said they didn’t really care if the roof shingles didn’t match in color or the age difference. Kinda crappy if you ask me. I paid $5k out of my own pocket to replace entire roof. I would not recommend.

  Janet is awesome!! Every time I call with questions she can answer them right away. Makes us feel like our business with Allstate is really appreciated.

  I deal with Insurance agents alot. But I have found that there are differences. Some are great sales guys, some are great educators. I like the guys who educate my clients so that they understand how insurance works. I can tell you that Steve and Chris Boyer are the guys that will take the time to make sure you understand your insurance and will serve you with excellent service for the long term. You can feel comfortable your best interest is being served in dealing with these guys.

  Janet is fantastic! They beat State Farm by $75 for same coverage on my vehicles. Not sure if t his is typical because I've never had a ticket or an accident but still that is damn good!!
