- RGRyan GarzaJan 6, 20262.0In 2024 when the derecho storm rolled through Houston it knocked down 2 trees onto my roof causing some structural damage along with some holes and inside ceiling damage. The adjuster came out 4 days later and did the assessment. They offered a roof repair on a 25 yr old roof not a total replacement and said they didn’t really care if the roof shingles didn’t match in color or the age difference. Kinda crappy if you ask me. I paid $5k out of my own pocket to replace entire roof. I would not recommend.
