    I had been a customer for many years also multiple policies. I called the office several times to obtain records from Mortgage and vehicles. The young lady refused to give me the info because my ex husband still had policies. I wasn't asking for his current , I was asking for the ones with my name included. She was rude and left me on hold 15 mins, hoping I would hange up. I was with this office and brought alot of customers from dealership I worked for to this location when it first opened. These young workers today have no customer service training.
