- CCChris CuttsAug 12, 20251.0I had a very poor experience with Alyssa. One of the representatives who worked here for a short while assisted me with switching my insurance. However, I was given some very pad advise when I added my daughter to my insurance when she got her license and when she was involved in a minor collision where insurance was involved, it became a real hassle given some of the bad advise I received. Ultimately, Allstate covered our portion of the claim; however, trying to get in contact with Alyssa was a real struggle as she never returned any of my phone calls or emails. Her Staff was helpful; however some of the questions and support I required only she could answer. I have since switched when my rates more than doubled upon renewal and I will not be back.
