I've been with Geico for nearly a decade. Both my auto insurance and renters insurance were set to renew this week, and I'm so happy I was put in touch with Chris Taylor at State Farm. What was at first simply just me checking into a quote turned into Chris walking me through coverage options promptly but thoroughly, and he made the experience seamless to where I barely had to do anything myself. It ended up that Chris was able to give me better coverage for both auto AND renters insurance, for a price that was cheaper than what I was paying for just my auto insurance alone with Geico! He also set up the cancellation calls for me, so again, much of this was taken care of. Great customer experience -- Chris answered all my questions easily and knowledgeably and I'm so pleased: 30 minutes out of my day was all it took to save a several hundred dollars a year!

Very few insurance outfits are as personal and professional as these guys. I worked with Mr. Chris Taylor to provide new policies on both home and auto and he provided policies that easily beat out those of AllState and Liberty Mutual. He also assisted in terminating the other policies by actually getting the other folks on the phone and walking through the process. Wow! Amazing service! Amazing people!
