I have been with State Farm for years. While I have never been physically at this office, because when I moved to Katy TX, I did the paperwork online and via phone, still the customer service has been top notch. Kerri Ebertowski was the one who helped me recently add a new vehicle to my insurance policy, and answered all the questions I had. She is very friendly and made everything a breeze to get all the necessary paperwork and updates when I added a second vehicle to my insurance policy. I think the customer service provided is what keeps customers loyal for years.

I have often wondered what legacy I could leave my family and in particular my grandkids. And although imparting what wisdom, and love, I could …. As best I might …. What remains true is that life’s struggles can catch you, often by surprise. And so, in addition to the memory of me and the good times and lessons left behind, I will leave them a financial benefit to aide them if needed. Thanks to the thoughtful presentations by my insurance agency, Matt Schaumberg State Farm and in particular, Jonathan Mausner, I made the wise choice of buying a whole life insurance policy for the grand kids. In this small way I can be a part of their futures, and hopefully not a distant memory. But always a reminder, that I cared.

Jonathan Mausner has been our insurance agent since retiring down to Texas almost 4 years ago. When he gave us our quotes I did some comparative research. The prices that Jon gave us were hands down the best for what we required. More than that, Jon, and all of the staff from Matt Schomburg agency are always reachable when you need them.
