  There service has been excellent. But I've never had to use them. That's when you find out , what a company is really like. I'm putting my trust in them. I give them a 5 star rating.

  I needed to file a claim against an Allstate policy holder for crashing into my friend, and the corporate phone number that I called was very unhelpful and I got hung up on two times, which was very frustrating. I called this office to ask for help, and even though the one who crashed into my friend wasn’t their direct customer, Becky was a tremendous help. She directed us to someone who helped us and stayed on the line the entire time, and when we got hung up on again at the end she continued helping us. We really couldn’t have done it without her, and we appreciate her so so much. Thank you Becky!

  My Son just purchased a new car and I recommended Josh for auto insurance. Becky Mastroianni was very helpful- as always - in getting everything set up.

  Worst insurance company ever. They do not pay for anything, even if you are injured! They have a cap on how much they are willing to pay out even when going through lawyers. In addition the agent I spoke to (Kandie Betters-Watson) was so rude when speaking with her. She was giving me attitude for asking questions on clarification about the policy of the driver who hit me. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on another insurance company as you will strongly regret them if you they are ever needed. When Allstate stand are you in good hand…. Absolutely not!
