  I like insurance as much as roofing in August. After pretty bad experiences with other insurance company’s customer service, I decided I needed a local agent that I could meet with in person to go over my insurance needs. I called Jay Jackson’s State Farm office in Jacksonville and had an in person meeting scheduled with Andrew the following day. When I met with Andrew he was very customer oriented and attentive to my needs. I originally went in to switch one policy over to State Farm to try there services. I ended up switching over all of my insurance needs with State Farm. Andrew is prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He asked the right questions and listened to my needs. So far it has been the best experience I’ve had with obtaining insurance. Great job!

  I have bounced around insurance company to insurance company the past couple of years and highly regret not reaching out to Andrew Swink and the team at State Farm - Jay Jackson sooner!! Andrew has been fantastic to work with and very reasonable. Highly recommend!!
