- THTina Henderson5 days ago1.0My experience with Allstate Veronica Tejada has not been pleasant, I have been a customer for 15+ years, when the new Agent took the over the accounts, she made a statement with no follow up. I was told to call Allstate when filing a claim, i was advised it needed to be a landlord policy. This agent does not take accountability. She does not respond when requested, she blames others for the error. Its the non-chalant attitude , as long as you dont have a claim it's all good paying Allstate policies. The previous agent "Deborah Naulls" was an excellent agent who cared , I will be looking for another Agent. How we are given a new agent without oit proper introduction.
