I regret to tell you that I have ended up choosing to work with a local Independent Agency here in my area of Houston.
I know it is not much solace to hear that you were number 2, but I would like to sincerely thank you for all of your assistance and work to answer my questions and comply with my requests. You did so each and every time with the utmost competence, professionalism, and warm customer service, and that is unfortunately somewhat unusual these days. In the end, my choice was somewhat more about some intangibles, including proximity to my location, than simple price comparison, as the carriers were both large capable companies. If you don't mind, I will keep your contact information should sometime in the future I need a comparative quote.
