    Can't get any help regarding major issues with car policy. Have gone in personally at least 5 times, left numerous unreturned calls, spoke to someone in College Station and today the staff refused to give us Steve's phone number (another visit). Gave us his email. Sent an email and are waiting to see if that works. So far very unhappy. Would not recommend to anyone. We have never met or spoken to him. Only Mateo and the "office manager" and that goes no where.

    I wouldn't give 1 star if I could. I have tried calling multiple times and left messages and have yet to receive a call back. I am calling Allstate to put in a complaint and to change agents. This is no way to run a business. You have customers that need to be able to call and ask questions when it's not convenient to go thru the hassle of logging in to your account and then having to go thru a chat. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this agency.
