  I had a frustrating start to my experience with Direct Auto when my initial customer service representative was unprofessional, impatient, and dismissive of the simple questions I had about my policy balance. After requesting to speak with management multiple times, I was transferred back to sales, which is when I had the pleasure of speaking with Stephanie Ansley. Stephanie completely turned my experience around. She was patient, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to thoroughly explain the fluctuations in my policy pricing—something that had never been clearly communicated to me before. She made sure I fully understood both the processes and my responsibilities moving forward. Not only did she address my immediate concerns, but she also went above and beyond by offering helpful information about additional coverage options like life insurance and renters insurance, which is especially important to me as I am currently expecting. Stephanie even offered to connect me with management, but honestly, there was no need—she handled everything with such professionalism and care that I felt completely supported and informed. Because of her, I now feel confident and clear about my policy. Moving forward, I would only feel comfortable speaking with Stephanie Ansley for any questions or concerns. She is truly an asset to the company, and I’m very grateful for her help.
