  I relied on Mertz Allstate for all my insurance needs for years, for homeowners on my house, renters on my apartments, liability on several older cars and with comprehensive on some newer ones. Communicating with them has been easy and productive. Thanks, folks.

  Since moving to Texas almost 5 years ago, we have had our insurance coverage with the Mertz Agency and have had most dealings with Letty. We recently purchased a new vehicle and our lender needed an updated binder the same day. I called Letty and she got me what I needed in only a few minutes! She also reviewed our policy to make sure we had the best policy for us and the vehicle all at an affordable cost. I can't say how much that means to us as customers.
