    All was great until I asked them to reschedule an auto draft payment. I called before the date it would be drafted out of my account. I asked them to withdraw the payment the following week. Now, about two to three weeks later, I get a phone call saying my policy has been terminated. The lady I spoke with ALSO said they didn’t have any call on record from me for the month of January. I called the number provided in the Allstate app underJerrt Ford’s name. This is ridiculous.
