- SMSantiago MoralesAug 23, 20251.0I requested an online quote for home insurance and ended up being sent to collections. I didn't sign no paperwork other than creating an Allstate account to receive an online quote. Later on I noticed I was getting billed for an active policy that I never agreed to get. I called Allstate customer support to cancel the policy,but this shady guys from the Jerry Ford office kept sending the billing papers,ai tried calling them to resolve the situation, but the acted and sounded really incompetent,so I decided to ignore them,until I finally got the collection papers. Definitely do not recommend this office
