When we got fed up with them about the same story we got every month, the lady marissa i believe is her name she hung up the phone on us and never answered our call again. So rude and unprofessional from day one. It's very frustrating when you talk to someone who doesn't know anything about their job!!😡 I really hope no one goes through what we went through with them lesson learned for me!!
