  I had a good experience with Agent Rej M. He is professional and knows how to find the best insurance quote, whether it's auto, homeowner, or any other type. He is the best for his customers.   Will never use these people again. No accountability! They admit to a billing error after I canceled my policy, proceed to tell me to ignore any collection notice and that they would contact the collection agency to update them about the error but then send my account to collections w threats to report me to the credit bureau. When I called back to discuss it they again admit that they made a mistake by not telling me there was an actual balance due. I get that errors happen but they should wnsure that what the customer is being told is correct. It felt very deceptive. Will never use them for insurance again!

  I’ve been a customer for over a year, and needed to cancel an old policy and get some help with accessing my new ones online. CC was polite, professional, and very helpful. The call was quick and resolved all of my questions.

  Their attentive and proactive staff took excellent care of our needs. They reccomended Replacement Coverage (an Allstate exclusive, I believe). So when my 4 month old 2025 Outback was totaled by a 1 ton Dodge Ram, instead of paying $34000 actual cash value I received $44000- the cost of a new 2026 to replace it. Even if I had found a lower priced company and maybe saved $25- $50 dollars a month, I would have lost $10,000 in the long run. Go with these folks and get champgne coverage. If you have an accident you'll be so glad you didn't cheap out!
