- CCchristine careyMar 7, 20241.0This is the rudest lady I have ever talk to her customer was backing out of a parking space as I was entering. She wanted my information but refused to give me her clients information. She screamed, continually at me over a $200 claim. The only damage to my car is the passenger door handle I don’t know how she has any customers because I wouldn’t want her going to bat for me on anything . When I call my agent, they are the most pleasant people. I simply give them my name. And They pull up everything they need. If my agent screamed at me, one time, I would go somewhere else everyone I have dealt with At Allstate has been so Pleasant but I guess every rose has its thorn. She is definitely the thorn.
