  I won’t be doing business with this office. The guy I talked to was very nice, but he told me that his computer was acting up and if I would be available in 10-15 minutes, he was going to have his boss Joel get back with me to finish my quote. I said yes, sat right by my phone like he told me too and waited 1/2 an hour with no call back. I believe it’s was because he was going past his closing time. Yes, you know who I’m talking about at the fm 1959.

  Not happy with their customer service at all! No one has time to be on the phone with you to help and Joel tried to help me once on an issue my parents had with their app and he was suppose to get back to and never did, nor was reachable when I tried to call back myself. I’m happy with ALLSTATE but not with my agency. I will be looking for a new one very soon.

  Poor reply to request for information. Several emails sent yet no response. Apparently they have too many clients or just poor follow up. This is a bad look for All Date.

  Joel was very helpful throughout the process of obtaining a great and afforadble insurance policy. This is my first auto insurance policy and he couldn't have made it any easier. It took me one phone call and my policy was started the very next day. He emphasized saving me the most money and that was a clear priority of his from the get go. He has helped myself and many other members of my family and friends in the Houston area. If I could give hime more than 5 stars I would! Thanks Joel
