- JSJ Arthur SmithAug 5, 20201.0On 4-19-2020 our area experienced a hail storm with hail up to 1.75 inches degrading and damaging many roofs within our area we had a number of contractors to come out to take a look at the roof to see if there’s any damage and all of them agreed that there was damage. Allstate sent out a drone to take photos and the claims department came back and said they couldn’t see any damage I’m forwarding photos from the contractor to point out the damage. I am asking for a Adjuster to come out and get on the roof with my contractor and show us that there’s no damage. We know that the roof has been compromised and degraded due to the hail storm I’m looking forward to hearing from you after 30 years of being an Allstate client we feel like we deserve The Close up inspection from an experience adjuster. After 30 years I’m certainly not in good hands I’ll be looking for a new provider! Joe Arthur Smith
