  I heard from my agency today in response and I am very satisfied. Thank you, Toman Agency.I just recently moved my home and auto from another large insurance company to a local Allstate office. I called the agency as I had received a notice my homeowner insurance payment had not been received and my policy was at risk of cancellation if not remedied. They took my information, check information, as my mortgage pays this via my escrow, but no one followed up with me. I even called the office a few days later to get an update, and was told the office agent who handled my initial call was on another line but had notes in the system to call me back. I never heard back from the local office. I instead contacted Allstates main office who provided updates and resolved the issue. I was actually excited to have a local agent when I signed up with Allstate, as it is so refreshing to not have to be a caller in a queue. But this experience left me disappointed.

  Noemi Gutierrez was absolutely the best. From start to end, she took care of us with our car and home policy. Her response time was quick. (Other companies I tried didn't even bother to call me back in a timely manner.) I feel blessed to have found her. Mr. Toman give her a raise!

  Very poor service they do not answer thier phone during business hours. Also, good luck in having Allstate pay if you ever have a claim.
