- RLR LinkenhokerJul 21, 20252.0I haven't had to make a claim yet so I can't comment on that. The ease of use for securing my policy was great. Competitive pricing. However, I have a rather large concern/complaints about an app called True Lane that I have to use in order to get lower pricing. The app is easy to use, however it is far from accurate. There is a section of the Gulf Freeway in Leauge City Texas that the app does not record properly. It has me traveling in the service road when I am actually on the Freeway. The difference is the service road is 50 mph and the freeway is 65 mph. I travel this portion of the freeway almost everyday and it shows I am speeding when I am not. When I brought this to the attention of customer service her solution was "You can just delete that portion of your travel. You have a good record anyway." They need to fix this problem. If it is happening for this portion of the freeway then it is happening somewhere else as well. We will see if someone from their company who cares is reading these surveys.
