- RRRaminDec 9, 20251.0Incompetent staff; hard to get a hold of anyone unless you’re signing up for a new policy. Got in a very simple accident and no one even bothered to contact me and I couldn’t even get a hold of the adjuster. Their whole system is corrupt. Sam Zahedani doesn’t even answer your simple calls emails. My father in law recommended them, no both of us have switches insurances and the providers. Avoid these people and Allstate insurance all together.
