Payment system is lousy. Paid for insurance, sent digital copy of check and bill to Ricardo, on July 21st . He said he would make sure pmt went thru. Mailed it to Dallas address on invoice. They changed their system, to only accept cards and ACH. He never told me that. His girl Perla said they would drop my insurance, if I didn't pay by card, on Aug 8th. Dallas has no idea where the check is, or what they did with it.

the inspector who went to my house. he was very rude. because I told him he was late. I have a text. that he sent me where it says that he arrived at 4:30 pm. and he arrived at 5:18 pm. and he tells me that I can wait up to 2 hours. and yet. he tells me that if I am the owner of the house. incredible. and now I think that he wronged me and did not do his job well.

I called this agency to review my parents auto renewal and spoke with Beatrice. My parents insurance increased and we wanted to know how we could lower the cost or what other options my parents had. Beatrice wasn’t courteous and lacks of professionalism and customer service. I’ll make sure to find my parents another insurance company that values them as a customer. Do not do business with this agency!
