    Tengo mucho problema al momento de hacer cambios en mi póliza ,nunca contestan el teléfono y el sistema reconoce tu número y te envía de regreso a este lugar no importa el número que llame , he logrado evitar esos haciendo muchas llamadas a la vez para saturar el sistema y me permita conectarme a otra agencia o a la agencia de Allstate . Necesitan tener una línea directa y una persona dedicada a atender los clientes de a seguros …

    My experience with this agency was good originally. However, at this last renewal things went wrong. I had question a 33% increase on my umbrella policy. I pointed out that the exposure was actually reduced as we sold a property previously covered under the umbrella. After a personal visit plus various follow up phone calls and e-mails, I was told that I would get an answer by the end of the day. I did not get a phone call that day or ever. Further emails were also ignored. I had no choice but to accept the increase but will definitely be changing agents and possibly companies at next renewal.
