  This is the rudest lady I have ever talk to her customer was backing out of a parking space as I was entering. She wanted my information but refused to give me her clients information. She screamed, continually at me over a $200 claim. The only damage to my car is the passenger door handle I don’t know how she has any customers because I wouldn’t want her going to bat for me on anything . When I call my agent, they are the most pleasant people. I simply give them my name. And They pull up everything they need. If my agent screamed at me, one time, I would go somewhere else everyone I have dealt with At Allstate has been so Pleasant but I guess every rose has its thorn. She is definitely the thorn.

  Linda is very rude and over talks you. Not professional at all. I called to inquire about insurance for my business. She had a very nasty attitude and would not let me talk. Due to her over talking me. In response to your comment Linda. It’s not about the questions that were asked it’s the delivery. I am an adult not a child. And will be talked to as an adult. All of your reviews. State basically the same thing that you are very rude. We all have had the same experience? I refuse to do business with anyone who don’t care about me as a customer. And obvious you don’t care about your business.
