- MGMateen GolchinNov 18, 20251.0Jayme Dominguez super duper condescending, not helpful at all. Talked to me like I was some kind of child. All I asked was for information on cancelling policy and getting a new one. He said that I could not cancel my policy, it was “Allstate policy”. Raised his voice at me several times and started getting snappy with me when I started to ask questions, and it seemed like he was wanting me to just hang up. Everyone else in Juan Orrostietas office was great when helping me choose a new policy, but man this guy Jayme is a nasty guy seriously making me consider changing companies entirely. He tried to make it seem very confusing like I could not cancel the policy, after calling Allstate main number they made him explain it correctly and helped me cancel it. This guy unfortunately single-handedly made Juan Orrostieta lose my business. And trust me I am never the kind of person to write bad Google reviews.
