Lulu is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for an insurance provider that prioritizes customer service. I told her I didn’t have a car and she said she could not do a policy for me. I had to call the Dallas office and they said that was not an All State policy. I would not recommend this agency.
