  Do not buy insurance from John Burroughs ! I bought a new car a 2000 Dodge cargo van , told him I wanted the same coverage as my 1997 van which cost me 24 dollars a month , for the first month that's what I was charged , then this month they charge me 264 dollars. I was never notified of this outrageous increase, I'm on a fixed income and can't afford this amount of money gone without notice. I called the office and Maria had no clue as to what was going on so I asked for John to call , that was a week ago and now I can't buy groceries. I can't change insurance companies because I don't have the money to pay for it without canceling my policy which will then increase the amount I pay because I won't have insurance for a week. This is not how I expect my insurance company to behave
