The guy I talked to was very nice, but he told me that his computer was acting up and if I would be available in 10-15 minutes, he was going to have his boss Joel get back with me to finish my quote. I said yes, sat right by my phone like he told me too and waited 1/2 an hour with no call back. I believe it’s was because he was going past his closing time. Yes, you know who I’m talking about at the fm 1959.
