I didn't know anything about all the lingo, and Katie patiently talked me through everything for a whole hour (!!) just to help me understand everything, even when she knew I wasn't ready to purchase any insurance since I was still shopping around. She then called in a couple times later just to check, but never made me feel rushed as I was so busy with my new job I just didn't have the time to compare quotes. I finally called her back 6 months later! and she was still her helpful self and so lovely. She helped me not only purchase the insurance I wanted with a better quote than anyone else, but also walked me through the the smaller stuff like downloading the app, registering for paperless, etc. She was so informative, but also warm and approachable. If you ever need help with any questions, Katie is the person to ask for!
