  I’ve been a client of Mr. Jacques Watley for 23 years and I’m planning on remaining here for years to come. He covers my home, auto, and business. I also enjoy talking with Mrs Alice every time I renew any of my policies. I’ve had several automobile accidents and he has handled my cases professionally. Now my children are jumping on the boat.   He was personable and friendly...I didn't like the quote cause it was high but that's because of my person circumstances and a unfortunate domino affect... but I will be doing business with him in the near future...I recommend you to contact him for your insurance needs.

  When you supposed be in a good hands means that all of people literally should take care of you as a customer, this agent is a joke, due to his incompetence he did not update the new checking account properly at the right moment and when we had an accident we realized just at that day the policy was terminated, no calls, no emails prior this day, a completely and broken miscommunication, I recommend you to make your own search and be caution with this agent, never never provide a call or anything in regards of this mistake, by the way, his fault.

  Jacques Watley and Mrs. Alice are very professional, thorough, and always willing to educate you on the various products offered through Allstate. I appreciate being treated as if I'm apart of the Allstate family and not just a number. I would recommend Jacques Watley / Allstate for all insurance needs!
